By accessing or using Scene, including scene-data.com and any related products, features, or content (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Scene is a simulated portfolio and artist-tracking product built for entertainment, self-expression, and informational use. It lets users track artists, create simulated positions, compare calls, and view related community activity.
Scene is not a brokerage, exchange, investment platform, bank, money transmitter, or custodial wallet. No ownership interest in any artist, catalog, royalty stream, security, or financial instrument is created through use of the Service.
All portfolio activity on Scene is simulated. Any positions, returns, rankings, charts, alerts, or related activity shown in the Service are part of an in-app simulation for entertainment, self-expression, and informational use only.
We may offer subscriptions, Scene Credits, unlocks, or other paid virtual features that give users access to certain in-app features, enhanced access, or limited-duration simulated mechanics within the Service. Those purchases only unlock digital features of the Service. They do not purchase any real-world security, commodity, derivative, prediction contract, ownership interest, royalty right, cash-settled exposure, or right to receive money, profits, or investment returns.
Simulated returns and rankings shown in the Service are not cash balances, bank balances, brokerage balances, securities positions, commodity positions, or real-world investment results, and nothing in the Service is redeemable or withdrawable for money except where required by law.
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any real-world decisions you make using information or inspiration from the Service.
Scene Credits and any store items, badges, profile customizations, unlocks, or other virtual features are digital features of the Service only. Credits may be used only for in-app features and virtual items that we choose to make available. They are non-transferable, non-refundable except where required by law, not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue Credits, store items, or other virtual features at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
Some features may require a paid subscription, including Scene Pro. If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription charges according to the pricing shown at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Trial eligibility, trial length, renewal timing, and feature availability may vary. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
We may change pricing, packaging, or feature access in the future. Any such changes will apply as allowed by applicable law and your subscription terms.
You are responsible for any usernames, bios, avatars, artist requests, comments, submissions, links, or other material you upload or make available through the Service.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or otherwise create legal, operational, or safety risk.
Scene is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any artist, Spotify, SoundCloud, or other third-party service unless we expressly say otherwise.
Artist metrics, rankings, portfolio results, trend lines, and other data may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, corrected, unavailable, or inaccurate. Data refresh timing may vary, and we do not guarantee that any chart, return, alert, notification, or metric will be current, error-free, or uninterrupted.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and functionality, is owned by Scene or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or any of its underlying rights.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your access immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or otherwise pose risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scene and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Scene and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
